The (Not) Cursed Dragon (Deadly Dragons Duet #1) – Colette Rhodes While I have a low opinion of Shiloh’s intelligence, the four heroes – all brothers, including a set of twins – are adorably protective of her. Unfortunately, witness protection is a total waste of money for her, because she’s far too quick to reveal her true identity to the hot boys next door. Shiloh has a traumatic past – her entire family were murdered by a psychopath whom she narrowly escaped, and she’s now in witness protection to keep her safe from him. The heroes are incredibly sweet, and I’d classify this one as fluffy too. But it’s shown constantly that the guys are only really attracted to Notchka, and everything about their relationships somehow just felt believable and non-sleazy. Yes, they go on servicing clients for a while after having had sex with Notchka – so normally this wouldn’t have been for me.

It features Notchka, an alien woman who goes into heat on a foreign planet and seeks out a bunch of defective ‘pleasure bots’ to service her through it. Good Deeds – Kathryn MoonĮveryone tends to talk about this author’s omegaverse books instead, but I actually think her standalone Good Deeds is deeply underrated. (I haven’t included this book below because I’ve recommended it in past articles, and I’m trying not to repeat myself!) 1. To give an example, Lola and the Millionairesby Kathryn Moon qualifies as sweet, but I wouldn’t call it ‘fluffy’ because it discusses trauma in the heroine’s past. However, only some of them (I’ll point those out) are also ‘fluffy’, meaning there are no dark themes present at all.

Nonetheless, after a request from one of my readers, here are nine novels on the lighter side of RH.Ī note on terminology: I would characterise all of these recommendations as ‘sweet’, meaning there’s no relationship angst/drama between the protagonists and they don’t mistreat each other. While I’ve read a LOT of reverse harem books, the vast majority of this genre has been swamped by the bully/prison/enemies-to-lovers tropes – which don’t exactly lend themselves to the sweet and fluffy. It was actually surprisingly difficult to find books that fit this article.
